Year 2 Go Ape Trip

On Thursday  28th June all of Year two went to Tilgate park for their  summer trip. The children left on a VIP coach which was almost more exciting than the park! We ‘organised’ ourselves between Go Ape and the play park, with Hedgehogs braving the heights first! They then swapped over, and then had lunch! They were all fantastic and really brave, pushing their own personal limits and encouraging each other. They were treated to ice creams and then went over to the Animal park for a lesson in the Barn where they met lots of interesting animals, learnt about how they are cared for and  held and stroked them. We walked around the animal trail after our lesson and saw pigs, goats, llamas and more! It was a really fun day out and the children were well behaved and tried new things.

Well done!
