Primary Update

This week the children have worked hard to get back into the swing of the new term. They returned calmly and have taken on their new paragon topics excitedly. We enjoyed some sensory play outside in reception with the pumpkins on Halloween—drawing faces, cutting and feeling the inside of the pumpkin. We separated the seeds out and Miss Goswell dried them out. Pumpkins have a lot of different textures, from the hard outside, stringy middles and oval seeds.

Parents Evening

Don’t forget that it is Parent’s Evening next week—it is on Tuesday and Wednesday and you can make appointments with your child’s teacher and Miss Nagji online (here)

Wraparound

Please be aware that wrap around has moved to the upstairs drama studio. The children will be registered at the end of club and taken up to the drama studio. We will bring them down to the main reception when you come to collect them and sign-out in the same way. Children will not be able to go back in to collect things at this time as classrooms are often locked, being cleaned, or used for meetings after school.
