FOGS First Annual AGM

The FOGS would like to invite you to their first annual AGM on:

Monday 9th July 2018, 700pm start.

We will be electing the FOGS management committee, signing the constitution and agreeing the main activities and priorities for the 18/19 academic year.

If you want to be on the committee, you must attend the meeting and have a proposer and seconder also in attendance. The roles are open to any parent or carer over the age of 18.

We will be looking to fill the following roles: Chairperson, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer from amongst the parents. You can find a very brief description of what these roles will entail here. Essentially you would be committing to attending at least 1 evening meeting per term plus the AGMs under your tenure, although the committee may choose to meet more often as necessary.

Please come along, even if you are not interested in becoming a formal member of the committee. We will be talking about the kinds of activities that we will be doing next year, and you may find something that you would like to get involved with on a more informal basis. It will also be a great opportunity to get to know some of the other parents and FOGS members in a social setting. Refreshments will be available.

If you would to speak to someone about FOGS, please feel free to get in touch via form below and someone will get back to you.
